As an Experienced Medicare CSR, you will provide customer support, ensure satisfaction, and enhance the overall experience through phone, email, and live chat interactions. You will resolve queries, escalate issues as needed, and maintain accurate customer records.
Qualifications include strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in a Medicare campaign preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
