Job Description

We are Cargo Linkers, seeking a detail-oriented Credit Controller to manage outstanding invoices and enhance our collections process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and follow up on client invoices.
• Engage customers via phone for payment follow-ups.
• Implement effective strategies for overdue accounts.
• Resolve billing disputes professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on collections.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• 2-3 years of experience in credit control or finance.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software.
