Job Description
VRG Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated Junior Oracle Database Administrator. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in Oracle Database Administration, including RMAN backup and recovery, Data Guard configuration, and basic knowledge of Oracle RAC and performance tuning.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain Oracle databases (11g, 12c, and 19c).
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Optimize database performance through fine-tuning.
- Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues.
- Manage database security policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- Full-time position based in Karachi.
