Qualifications/Competencies:
- Education: B.Sc Engineering (Electrical/Telecom/Computer Science)
- Experience: 2-3 years in core switching Network/transmission (Fresh graduates may apply)
- Certifications: CCNA/CCNP certified
- Skills: Teamwork and excellent communication skills
Salary: $32,00 (negotiable based on experience).

Major Responsibilities: Monitoring alarms, coordinating with field staff, ticket management, L3 support, outage reporting, and reporting generation.
