Job Description
YOUR ROLE:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
* Communicate complex genetic information clearly.
* Resolve customer issues efficiently.
WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
✔ Intermediate or above
✔ Fluency in English is Mandatory
✔ Basic tech skills (CRM/MS Office)
✔ Experience in DME or any other Call Center Industry.
Timings: 7 PM to 3 AM
Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi
