Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the Admin Manager by handling daily tasks.
2. Assist with HR functions, including recruitment and employee onboarding.
3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory policies.
4. Maintain accurate records of employee files and contracts.
5. Facilitate communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
6. Help procure office supplies and services as needed.
7. Prepare and submit management reports on administrative matters.
