Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Agriculture Field Assistant to provide on-site technical support to farmers. The successful candidate will guide farmers on crop management, soil health, pest control, and sustainable practices.
Key responsibilities include implementing agricultural projects, conducting field visits to monitor crop conditions, and analyzing data to identify trends for improvement. You will also organize training sessions on modern agricultural techniques.
This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs60,00.00 – Rs65,00.00 per month. A Bachelor’s degree is required, and the role is in-person at the work location.
