Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support professional to assist our US-based clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while being familiar with US business practices and time zones.
- Provide administrative support including calendar management and document preparation.
- Manage emails and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Assist with reporting and preparation of presentations.
- Liaise with US clients for timely communication and workflow.
- Handle time-sensitive tasks with accuracy and confidentiality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs120,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
