Job Description
Finova Labs is seeking a motivated Team Lead for Lead Generation to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll manage a team focused on generating high-quality B2B leads that drive company growth. The ideal candidate has a background in B2B lead generation and team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of lead generation specialists.
- Develop and execute multi-channel lead generation campaigns.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
Qualifications: 4+ years in lead generation, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM tools.
Location: Al Raazi Road, Karachi | Shift: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Mon-Fri)
