Job Description
Doart Energy is seeking a qualified Executive Coordinator to support our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will manage the MD’s calendar, schedule appointments, and prepare essential documents including presentations and reports. You will serve as a vital link between the MD and stakeholders, handling confidential communications with discretion.
Key responsibilities include overseeing daily office operations, supervising administrative staff, coordinating company events, and assisting with HR tasks as needed.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
