Job Description
Join Nift (PVT) Limited as the Assistant Manager of Legal and Governance. In this role, you will support the Company Secretary’s Office, ensuring legal compliance and corporate governance while preparing essential documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare board and committee meeting documents.
- Ensure compliance with SECP and Companies Act regulations.
- Draft and vet legal documents and meeting minutes.
- Support corporate filings and maintain statutory registers.
- Liaise with legal counsel and regulators.
Requirements:
- LLB from a recognized institution.
- 2 years of legal or governance experience.
- Strong understanding of corporate law.
- Excellent communication skills.
Competitive salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month.
