Assist the Head of Department (HOD) in various activities to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, leading a sales team, monitoring performance, resolving customer issues, and providing training.
Qualifications:
Degree (B.COM/BBA/MBA) from a reputable institute and 4-5 years of hands-on sales experience, preferably in industrial and automotive parts.
