Job Summary: The Video Production Manager oversees daily pre-production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective resource management. This role includes strategic planning, team leadership, and adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities: Manage operations to meet quality targets, develop production schedules, monitor performance metrics, ensure compliance with policies, and mentor a diverse team.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, 5+ years in production operations, strong leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Rs100,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
