Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager for our civil projects. This role involves on-site supervision of construction and maintenance projects, ensuring quality compliance at all levels. Responsibilities include managing construction and post-construction issues, executing work per design and contract, and handling budget and time constraints efficiently.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in building construction, with proficiency in MS Office. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret technical drawings are essential.
