Job Description
Polani Global Technologies (SMC-PVT) Ltd. is a reputable travel agency, committed to providing exceptional travel services. We are urgently seeking a Refunds Executive to become a key member of our team in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process refund requests for airline tickets and travel services.
- Coordinate with airlines for refund approvals.
- Respond professionally to customer inquiries about refund statuses.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up on refunds.
- Collaborate with ticketing and customer service teams to resolve issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of GDS required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
