Job Description
ENCS Networks is seeking a skilled HR Analyst to join our team in Bahria Phase 7, Rawalpindi. This full-time, onsite role has a night shift schedule. We provide residential facilities for females only.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data for decision-making and workforce planning.
- Maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Collaborate on compensation and performance analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support compliance with labor laws.
- Address employee grievances.
Requirements: 5 years HR experience, HRIS proficiency, and data analysis skills.
Salary: Rs80,00 – Rs100,00 per month.
