Karis Smart Solutions is looking for a smart, energetic, and detail-oriented E-commerce & Operations Assistant to join our growing team. This junior-level position is perfect for someone organized, eager to learn, and confident with basic computer skills and e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage invoices and records using MS Office (Excel/Word).
- Create and manage communities using WhatsApp marketing software.
- Process orders and update products on e-commerce platforms.
- Sort and pack orders accurately.
- Coordinate logistics for timely dispatch.
- Assist with basic customer communication.
