Job Description
At-Desk PVT LTD is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to support our customer services department in the UK. Responsibilities include managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers via voice and chat, and providing solutions to meet their needs. You will also organize records of conversations, manage customer accounts, and perform data entry tasks.
Skills Requirement: International call center background, outstanding communication skills, multitasking ability, and excellent computer proficiency are essential. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday with alternate Saturdays. Pay ranges from Rs35,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 per month.
