Job Description
Location: NASTP, Karachi
Timings: Mon–Fri (10 AM–6:30 PM), Sat (10 AM–3:30 PM)
Type: Full-time | Immediate Joiners Only
Ability Pvt Ltd, a global consulting and outsourcing firm, is seeking a Sales and Retention Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into clients and retain existing accounts
- Conduct outbound calls, manage emails, and follow up with CRM
Requirements: 1+ year experience in sales or retention (BPO preferred), strong English skills.
Pay: Rs60,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month, with competitive benefits.
