Job Description
Location: Onsite – Bahria Town, Rawalpindi
Timing: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (Rotational Shifts)

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer with at least 3 years in IT support to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include:
- Responding to IT support tickets
- Troubleshooting Level 1 & 2 issues
- Managing customer queries
- Providing support via phone and email
- Documenting support activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of IT support experience
- CCNA Certification (Required)
- Strong problem-solving and English skills
- Must be located in Rawalpindi or Islamabad
