Job Description
GE Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking enthusiastic and charismatic individuals with experience in International E-Commerce to assist our customers on platforms like eBay, Amazon, and Walmart. Your responsibilities will include managing complex customer situations, delivering exceptional service, and providing accurate information regarding international shipping and customs.
Requirements include intermediate to bachelor’s level education, fluent English skills, and familiarity with e-commerce platforms. Previous experience with Amazon, eBay, or Walmart is a plus.
