Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is hiring Customer Support Executives for our client. We are seeking two dynamic individuals to join our client’s team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound calls and confirm orders.
– Respond to customer queries on WhatsApp & resolve order issues.
– Track orders and update customers on status.
– Assist throughout the order cycle (pre- & post-sales).
– Support sales & customer retention efforts.
– Manage both online & offline customer service.
Requirements:
– 2–3 years of experience in customer support/telesales.
– Fluent in English (spoken & written).
– Confident and clear communication skills.
– Fast typing and computer proficiency.
– Experience with Shopify is a plus.
– Open to both male & female candidates.
