Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Servicing Lead who will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our clients by understanding their business objectives and challenges. You will lead and mentor a team of client servicing executives, ensuring their professional growth and high performance.
Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of client projects, facilitating communication between clients and internal teams, and addressing client concerns promptly. You will also prepare detailed reports on project status and identify opportunities for account growth.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs70,00.00 – Rs85,00.00 per month
