Job Description
Virikson Travel is seeking a resource with strong communication skills and fluency in spoken English for our USA and UK projects. Responsibilities include managing calls, chats, and emails, generating sales inquiries, and collaborating with sales and project managers.
Candidates will assess customer needs, coordinate with the estimation team for timely quotations, and handle customer complaints. Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month.
Job Timing: 8 PM to 5 AM, Days Off: Saturday & Sunday. Application Deadline: 05/07/2025, Expected Start Date: 20/06/2025.
