Job Description
Empress Technologies is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This full-time position involves contacting businesses and individuals via phone to deliver sales scripts and persuade potential customers to purchase our products. You will guide customers through the sales process, gather customer information, maintain databases, and follow up on initial contacts.
Qualifications include an Inter/Graduate degree or equivalent, proficiency in relevant computer applications, and a minimum of 1 year of outbound sales experience. Strong communication skills and English proficiency are required. A sales commission will be added to your monthly salary, which ranges from Rs25,00.00 to Rs70,00.00.
