Job Description
A large manufacturing organization is seeking a dynamic professional to lead the Administration, Security, Industrial Relations, and Public Relations functions at our site. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Public Administration, with additional certifications a plus.
Qualified applicants should have over 12 years of experience in administration (manufacturing preferred), proven leadership in facility and security management, and strong knowledge of compliance, industrial relations, and workforce coordination.
