Job Description

This role ensures the smooth operation of our real-time payment transaction system and provides first-line support to our customers. Key responsibilities include continuous monitoring, prompt customer support via chat and email, and collaboration with our technical team for quick issue resolution.
Candidates should be willing to work shifts, have prior experience in customer support or NOC, and possess strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication in English is essential. The position is full-time and in-person.
