Job Description
Agile Tribe Pvt Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inbound Taxi Controller to manage incoming booking calls from customers across the UK. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately entering journey details, efficiently dispatching vehicles, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls professionally.
- Collect and input booking information accurately.
- Utilize dispatch software for assigning jobs.
- Monitor driver progress for timely pickups.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints.
Requirements: 2 years taxi dispatch experience, strong English communication skills, familiarity with UK geography is a plus.
