Job Description
Fit Solutions is seeking a dedicated Medical Scribe to join our team in Gulshan e Iqbal Block 11. As a Medical Scribe, you will collaborate with physicians by accurately documenting patient encounters in real-time into electronic health records (EHR).
Key Responsibilities:
- Document patient histories and examinations during clinical visits.
- Manage EHR data, ensuring compliance with medical standards.
- Support workflow by retrieving patient information.
- Perform administrative tasks to assist healthcare providers.
Qualifications: High school diploma; healthcare-related education preferred.
Work Hours: 9 PM – 6 AM
Pay: Up to Rs60,00.00/month
