Job Description
XenMD, a leading medical billing company in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, is looking for a highly motivated Call Center Representative. In this full-time position, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, and resolve issues while providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries professionally.
- Make follow-up calls to address customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience in a call center, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high call volumes.
