Summary
The Specialist – EDN at Systems Limited is tasked with supporting and maintaining enterprise network and voice infrastructure. The role involves hands-on troubleshooting, configuration, and monitoring of network systems, including VoIP, firewalls, and performance tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support Enterprise VoIP systems.
- Support network components configuration and maintenance.
- Monitor network performance using various tools.
- Perform FortiGate Firewall configuration under supervision.
- Maintain network documentation, including diagrams and logs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience. CCNA certification is preferred.
