Job Description
Position: Customer Support Specialists
Location: F.B. Area Block 10, Karachi
Shift: 9-hour shift between 6 PM – 6 AM
Working Days: 6 days a week
Job Type: Full-time, Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support to international clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in customer support.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
