Job Description
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Banking Helpline Agents for a reputable telecom company. This full-time position requires delivering exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering customer calls professionally.
- Resolving customer queries and complaints.

Requirements:
