Job Description
Bachaa Party is seeking a dedicated Assistant Branch Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will meet sales goals, set individual targets, and track performance. Responsibilities include overseeing the sales team’s activities, coordinating with marketing for lead generation, and providing ongoing training and motivation.
We require candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 to 2 years of experience. Strong sales strategies, customer relationship management, and excellent communication skills are essential.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary of Rs50,00.00 to Rs70,00.00 per month, with the work location in Gujranwala.
