Job Description
Azad Associates is seeking confident and articulate Female Call Center Agents for the morning shift in Lahore. If you possess exceptional communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude, we want you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Provide product/service information and resolve queries.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Meet performance targets for call quality and resolution rate.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving.
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc); Bachelor’s preferred.
- Fluent in English & Urdu.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
