Job Description
Tech Vision is seeking a qualified HR Operations Officer to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Responsibilities include job advertisements, candidate shortlisting, salary negotiations, document checks, offer placements, and onboarding. The ideal candidate will coordinate hiring requirements with various departments and maintain a real-time recruitment tracker.
This full-time position is based in Islamabad, Pakistan, exclusively for female applicants with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree.
