Reports To: RCM Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: Oversee daily operations of the claims processing team, ensuring timely and accurate submission of insurance claims.
Key Responsibilities:
– Supervise team activities
– Ensure timely claims submission
– Monitor and resolve rejections
– Provide training and feedback
– Collaborate with other teams
– Identify process improvements.
Pay: Rs10.00 – Rs20.00 per month
