Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for a Customer Support Representative at Xiaomi Store. We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team in providing exceptional service via phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities: Respond to queries, resolve issues, provide technical assistance, and maintain a positive attitude.
Qualifications: Fluency in English, strong computer skills, prior support experience preferred.
Location: AECHS, Rawalpindi
Timing: Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM
