Job Description
Join Tracking World as an IT Administrator in Lahore! We are seeking a skilled professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, and 2+ years of hands-on IT support or administration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to help desk tickets (onsite and remote).
- Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and manage security controls.
- Support server management and data backups.
- Maintain hardware/software inventory.
- Supervise the IT support team.
- Coordinate with vendors and ISPs.
Requirements: Proficiency in Windows/Linux servers and networking protocols; familiarity with cybersecurity best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs90,00.00 per month
