Job Description
Sparco Paints is seeking a dedicated Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to drive our sales initiatives and enhance our business. The successful candidate will set sales goals, create strategies, and train sales representatives.
You will build customer relationships, analyze sales records, and plan advertising to boost sales, while monitoring KPIs and reporting to the sales director.
This full-time position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of sales experience. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Peshawar or plan to relocate.
