Job Description

Are you a results-oriented tele sales professional seeking a new challenge? Vortax LLC is hiring a Call Center Agent (Cold Calling) with 1–2 years of cold calling and team management experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor a team of agents.
• Make outbound calls for lead generation.
• Coach on sales strategies.
• Set KPIs and track performance.
• Qualify leads and close deals.

Salary: Rs 45,00 – Rs 60,00 per month (+10% commission)
