Job Description
ESAJEES is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations in our grocery store. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient, customer-centric service while managing staffing, inventory, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all store operations, including staffing and inventory management.
- Ensure high-quality customer service and resolve escalated issues.
- Implement store policies and safety standards.
- Analyze sales and inventory data for performance optimization.
Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Business or related field, 5-8 years of retail operations experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in POS systems.
