Job Description
Deltasoft Technologies is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Officer to manage customer service and visitor management effectively. Responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, guiding visitors to the right department, answering inquiries, and managing complaints in a professional manner. You’ll also handle phone calls, manage mail and deliveries, assist with scheduling, and maintain organized records.
This is a full-time position with a monthly pay range of Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00. Work is to be conducted in person.
