Job Description

W4WORK is seeking a full-time Sales Trainer for the night shift. Candidates should have 2–3 years of experience in Training & Development or Learning & Development, with a preference for sales training experience.

Key responsibilities include delivering engaging training sessions, designing tailored training plans, and coordinating with teams to enhance retention. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage training batches of up to 100 trainees are essential.

Salary ranges from Rs100,00.00 to Rs200,00.00 per month. Willingness to travel is a must.
