Job Description
Tricon Marketing is seeking enthusiastic and fluent English speakers for the position of Customer Support Representative in Lahore, Pakistan. This role requires prior call center experience and the ability to communicate clearly in a neutral, American, or British accent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Follow scripts while addressing customer needs
- Maintain a positive and problem-solving demeanor
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Previous call center experience is mandatory
- Comfort with rotational/night shifts if applicable
