Job Description
Uplift Team is seeking an experienced Lead Project Manager to design, deploy, and enforce HR systems that ensure our multi-project operations are disciplined, transparent, and compliant.
Core Duties:
- Develop end-to-end SOPs for various HR functions.
- Administer HRIS workflows like Zoho People or BambooHR.
- Collaborate with project managers to align staffing plans.
- Audit policies for legal compliance.
- Maintain accurate headcount, payroll, and time data.
- Provide weekly dashboards on HR metrics.
Compensation: Market-aligned base plus performance bonus.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: From Rs85,00.00/month.
