ZUE Pvt Ltd is seeking an Outbound Specialist to engage dermatology patients for follow-up care. Responsibilities include making outbound calls to schedule appointments, clarifying patient histories, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements: 1–2 years of outbound calling experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. Candidates must be comfortable with U.S. shift hours.
