Job Description
PepsiCo is seeking a dedicated Sr. Territory Sales Officer to lead our distributor and organization team. This role involves implementing company strategies tailored to local business needs, training, and motivating the team to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.
Key responsibilities include developing Permanent Journey Plans, hiring Order Bookers / DSRs, ensuring the execution of the Annual Operating Plan, achieving monthly volume targets, and managing promotional budgets effectively. Strong communication, prioritization skills, and proficiency in MS Office are required. 1-2 years of experience is preferred, but fresh candidates are welcome to apply.
