Job Description
RemoteCode Labs is searching for a highly qualified General Manager of Recruitment & Business Development. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of proven experience in international recruitment or staffing, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of global recruitment trends.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in business development and a track record of revenue growth are required.
