Job Description
Position: IT Support Specialist
Company: Your Cloud Campus
Basic Salary: 40,00 to 45,00 PKR
Shift Timing: Cover shift, rotational as required
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level One support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage networking tasks, camera installations, and maintain local servers (DC, ADC).
- Administer pfsense firewall and oversee wireless network operations.
- Handle inventory management efficiently.
- Respond to remote and on-site support requests for projects in the USA, UAE, and Pakistan.
- Collaborate with various in-house departments such as development, sales, HR, and accounts.
- Demonstrate a sound understanding of equipment purchasing.
